The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not so clean, with dead insects under the bed and in the toilet, especially the pool and rooms, making it hazardous and filthy. However, the staff, especially Mr Ahmed Hussain, ensured we had a great time. The service was fantastic but was let down by the seemingly unresponsive reception staff. The location was far from the sea, but the overall cleanliness was relatively good. The dining experience was affected by the low occupancy in the hotel, yet the shareable appetizers were enjoyable.

The hotel offers free cancellation for rooms, but the decor appears old and unclean. The presence of dead insects under the bed and in the toilet is a major downside.
